Bill Picard says: That "Thrilling Crime Cases" one-shot that's also a ripoff of the Jan 1975 Startling Detective is actually an Australian bootleg, of all things! The editorial office etc is in Australia, and all the ads have been replaced with ads for Australian books, products. Startling's name never appears anywhere. And look closely at the front cover and you can see what a poor job they did smudging over the date on the picture.
